More Preparations

One week from tomorrow we will be leaving! I have done so much, but I have so much more to do. I have made and frozen 2 pounds of taco meat and about 4 or 5 pounds of spagetti sauce to be used with spagetti or ravioli. I have 2 batches of chocolate chip cookie dough all spooned out and frozen, ready to be baked next week. I would have done peanut butter cookies, too, but I ran out of brown sugar. I am tweaking the menu. I have started putting the non perishable food in the trailer. I've had the oil changed in the truck. And, I am getting nervous. So, the day must be getting nearer!
