So, now I guess it is the van's turn. Don was on his way to Walmart when the tranmission went out. He was able to baby it to 4WAY Transmission, and I picked him up there. We just had the transmission replaced on that about 40,000 miles ago.
Anyway, Don told me that maybe it wouldn't need to be completely replaced. I laughed, and said, "You're kidding, right?"

If it isn't one thing - it is another...expense that is.
Hopefully it will just be a "thing-a-ma-gig" and not the full transmission.
